Our specialty is kickboxing and we incorporate this into our group fitness classes, personal training sessions and bootcamps. Our studio in East St Kilda, Melbourne also offers yoga classes, circuit training, suspension training, mixed martial arts, bjj and nutritional advice.

Our training studio in East St Kilda, Melbourne offers the best facilities and the best staff, so you will achieve the results you want in an environment you will enjoy spending time in. Our services cover a variety of needs, fitness levels and budgets, all of which you can access now to kick start your health, fitness and wellbeing.

Kick PT provides the following services:

  • 1 on 1 Personal Training
  • Group Fitness Classes (including cardio kickboxing fitness classes, yoga classes, circuit classes and suspension training classes)
  • Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts training in either small groups or one on one
  • Diet and Nutrition Advice from a fully quilified dietitian

Kick PT utilises the following training methods to deliver variety and awesome results:

  • Cardio kickboxing with free standing punch bags so you can work your legs and arms like never before and benefit from training like a true kick boxer
  • Core strength conditioning to build a strong core which is an essential base for any healthy body
  • Interval training which targets cardiovascular health to ensure that as your body improves so does your heart and lungs
  • Body weight training which does away with the need to use bulky weights and machines, and instead relies on your own body weight to provide an effective muscle conditioning workout
  • MMA & BJJ elements to develop co ordination, body awareness and strength yoga to encourage flexibility, and relieve stress


Kick PT operates out of our East St Kilda studio catering for ongoing clients and casual class attendees. We don’t charge any compulsory membership fees, and you are free to come along to either personal training or group fitness classes on a casual basis.
